The BPS Certificate of Competence: Test User: Occupational, Personality Course (formerly known as Level B) is a blended learning course consisting of 6-9 hours of private study and a 5-morning live online course.
This course is accredited by the British Psychological Society (BPS) and the European Federation of Psychological Associations (EFPA) and it qualifies participants to administer, interpret, and provide instant reports from the Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI).
The HPI measures the bright side of personality – the side we are likely to manifest in everyday work and social situations – and is used worldwide as an invaluable tool in optimising selection, training, development, leadership, career coaching and self-actualisation decisions.
