ETC Consult provides a Training Service to Organisations that includes 4 different training programmes.

Training General Management, Owner Management, Human Resources Management, Training Management and Line Management staff in the professional use of psychometric instruments in accordance with quality standards set and inspected by the British Psychological Society (BPS).

In this programme there are two separate modules.

The first is called the BPS Level A Certificate in Occupational Testing, successful completion of which entitles participants to access, use and report on a wide range of General Ability, Aptitude and Occupational Interest instruments published by the most reputable test publishers in the world and used extensively in Staff Selection and Career Guidance.

The second is called the BPS Level B Certificate in Occupational Testing, successful completion of which entitles participants to access, use and report on the Hogan Personality Inventory – one of the most effective and highly regarded personality questionnaires used world-wide in staff selection and career guidance.

Completion of this programme also qualifies participants to go on to conversion courses which qualify them to use other personality instruments like the HDS (Hogan Developmental Survey which – among other applications – is used to identify job candidates who are likely to manifest negative personality behaviours when under pressure); 16 PF; Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) or the Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ).
