As well as providing a Selection Service, ETC Consult also provides a Recruitment Service for organisations through its parent organisation Owl Recruitment Ltd. which has a recruitment licence since 1981.

In this programme an organisation gives ETC Consult a brief to recruit a person or persons against a Job Description and Person Specification:

ETC Consult then:

1. searches the files of Owl Recruitment and the Internet or advertises for candidates
2. assesses CVs
3. shortlists a number of candidates who come closest to meeting the Job Description and Person Specification criteria
4. Interviews them and makes recommendations to the organisation on selection, rejection or further evaluation which may or may not include Psychometric Assessment.
