CFS – Career Fit Series – is a career guidance programme designed for those students – and adults – for whom their educational experience has not been a happy, engaging, interesting or beneficial one for different reasons – learning difficulties; motivational issues, socio-economic factors, personal or family problems, personality clashes or whatever.
From the programme students and adults realise that they have the required mix of interests and abilities for a wide range of careers; their self-esteem is raised and they are motivated to get the relevant training to get into careers that they will find rewarding and in which they can become experts or from which they can move on to more specific roles, become supervisors , managers, executives or set up their own businesses.
